Why We Built Numeryfi
We wanted a platform that would prove our full-stack AI capabilities while generating passive AdSense income. Financial tools — calculators, market data, AI chat — had clear search demand in the UAE with relatively low competition.
The Tech Stack Decision
Next.js 14 App Router, TypeScript, MongoDB Atlas, Tailwind CSS, and the Anthropic Claude API for AI features. We chose this stack for performance, SEO capability (server-side rendering matters for Google), and developer experience.
AI Integration Challenges
Streaming responses via the Claude API with Server-Sent Events was the trickiest part. Context window management — ensuring the AI had relevant conversation history without hitting token limits — required careful engineering.
SEO Architecture From Day One
Every page was built with SEO in mind: semantic HTML, structured data, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and a content strategy targeting UAE finance keywords. The result: 340% organic traffic growth in 6 months with zero ad spend.
